आदित्येभ्यो अङ्गिरोभ्यो मध्विदं घृतेन मिश्रं प्रति वेदयामि । शुद्धहस्तौ ब्राह्मणस्यानिहत्यैतं स्वर्गं सुकृतावपीतम्

IAST Transliteration

ādityébhyo áṅgirobhyo mádhu idáṁ ghṛténa miśráṁ práti vedayāmi | śuddhá-hastau brāhmaṇásyā́nihatyai etáṁ svargáṁ sukṛtā́v ápītam

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Unto the Ādityas, unto the Aṅgirases, this honey, mingled with ghee, I duly present. With hands made pure—unto the Brāhmaṇa’s unassailability—this heaven is entered by him through well-doing.

Translation

आदित्यों और अङ्गिरसों के लिए यह मधु, घृत से मिश्रित, मैं विधिपूर्वक अर्पित करता हूँ। हाथ शुद्ध करके—ब्राह्मण की अनाहतता/अभेद्यता के हेतु—सुकृत से प्राप्त यह स्वर्ग-लोक उसमें प्रवेश किया जाता है।
