Sukta 4
yád agnáu sū́rye víṣaṃ pṛthivyā́m óṣadhīṣu yát | kā́ndāvíṣaṃ kanáknakaṃ nír etv étu te víṣam ||
What poison is in fire, in sun, what poison is in earth, in herbs—stalk-poison, the biting bane—forth let it go, yea, let thy poison go forth.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (consult anukramaṇī).
Devata: Anti-poison expulsion; cosmic purifiers (Agni, Sūrya) and Oṣadhis as implicated domains.
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh
