अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

अंधे राजा को सहयोगियों की संपदा/साधनों के बल पर जहाँ-तहाँ ‘स्थिर’ किया जा सकता है—अर्थात उसे बैठाकर नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है।
