ततः सत्त्रिभिरमित्राद्भेदयित्वा मित्रं लभेत ॥ कZ_०९.६.१५ ॥
Transliteration
tataḥ sattribhir amitrād bhedayitvā mitraṃ labheta
Translation
फिर गुप्तचरों के द्वारा शत्रु-पक्ष में फूट डालकर मित्र (सहयोगी) प्राप्त करना चाहिए।
