गृद्दण्दचक्रसंयोगात् कुम्भकारो यथा घटं करोति तृणमृत्काष्ठैर् गृहं वा गृहकारकः
gṛddaṇdacakrasaṃyogāt kumbhakāro yathā ghaṭaṃ karoti tṛṇamṛtkāṣṭhair gṛhaṃ vā gṛhakārakaḥ
जैसे मिट्टी के ढेले, दण्ड और चक्र के संयोग से कुम्हार घड़ा बनाता है, या तिनके, मिट्टी और लकड़ी से गृहकार घर बनाता है; वैसे ही साधन और उपादान के संयोग से कार्य सिद्ध होता है।
