व्यास उवाच । भगवन्किं प्रभावोऽसौ योऽयं विष्णुहरिस्त्वया । कीर्तितो मुनिशार्दूल प्रसिद्धिं गतवान्कथम् । एतत्सर्वं समाचक्ष्व विस्तरेण ममाग्रतः
vyāsa uvāca | bhagavankiṃ prabhāvo'sau yo'yaṃ viṣṇuharistvayā | kīrtito muniśārdūla prasiddhiṃ gatavānkatham | etatsarvaṃ samācakṣva vistareṇa mamāgrataḥ
વ્યાસે કહ્યું—હે ભગવન! તમે કીર્તિત કરેલા આ ‘વિષ્ણુ-હરી’નો પ્રભાવ શું છે, હે મુનિશાર્દૂલ? તે કેવી રીતે પ્રસિદ્ધિને પામ્યો? આ સર્વ મને આગળ વિસ્તારે કહો.
