गौतम उवाच । आनीतासि मया देवि तपसाऽराध्य शंकरम् । वदिष्यति स चोपायमित्युक्त्वाऽचिन्तयत्तदा
gautama uvāca | ānītāsi mayā devi tapasā'rādhya śaṃkaram | vadiṣyati sa copāyamityuktvā'cintayattadā
ગૌતમ બોલ્યા: હે દેવી, તપસ્યા દ્વારા શંકરની આરાધના કરીને હું તને અહીં લાવ્યો છું. ‘એ જ ઉપાય કહેશે’ એમ કહી તે ત્યારે ગહન ચિંતનમાં પડ્યો.
