Transliteration

śrīmārkaṃḍeya uvāca | pitṝṇāṃ pretarūpāṇāṃ kṛtvā vākyaṃ mahīpate | caṃdraśarmā dvijaśreṣṭho dvārakāṃ samupāgataḥ

Translation

શ્રી માર્કંડેયે કહ્યું—હે મહીપતે, પ્રેતરૂપે પ્રગટ થયેલા પિતૃઓના વચનનું પાલન કરીને દ્વિજશ્રેષ્ઠ ચંદ્રશર્મા દ્વારકામાં આવી પહોંચ્યો।
