માતૃભક્તોને જે પરમ ગતિ મળે છે, તેમજ વેધવર્જિત (શુદ્ધ) દ્વાદશીએ વિષ્ણુ માટે જાગરણ કરીને નૃત્ય-ગાન કરનાર ભક્તોને જે ફળ મળે છે—તે જ ફળ પ્રાપ્ત થાય છે।
