प्रेतत्वं तेन संप्राप्तमस्माभिः शृणु पुत्रक । विशेषेण कृतं रात्रौ विद्धं जागरणं हरेः
pretatvaṃ tena saṃprāptamasmābhiḥ śṛṇu putraka | viśeṣeṇa kṛtaṃ rātrau viddhaṃ jāgaraṇaṃ hareḥ
એ કારણે અમે પ્રેતત્વને પ્રાપ્ત થયા—હે પુત્રક, સાંભળ. ખાસ કરીને રાત્રે હરિના જાગરણ-વ્રતને ‘વిద్ధ’ કરીને અમે બગાડ્યું.
