वहते गोमती यत्र सागरेण समंततः । द्वारावतीति सा विप्रा आनर्त्तेषु प्रकीर्त्तिता
vahate gomatī yatra sāgareṇa samaṃtataḥ | dvārāvatīti sā viprā ānartteṣu prakīrttitā
જ્યાં ગોમતી વહે છે અને સમુદ્ર સર્વ તરફથી તેને ઘેરી રાખે છે—હે વિપ્રો, તે નગરી આનર્તદેશમાં ‘દ્વારાવતી’ તરીકે પ્રખ્યાત છે।
