Transliteration

tacchrutvā garuḍastūrṇaṃ dhṛtapāśupatavrataḥ | saṃsthāpya devamīśānaṃ tatastaṃ toṣamānayat

Translation

આ સાંભળીને ગરુડે તરત જ પાશુપત વ્રત ધારણ કર્યું. વિધિપૂર્વક ઈશાન દેવ (શિવ)ની સ્થાપના કરીને પછી તેમને પ્રસન્ન કરવા પ્રયત્ન કર્યો।
