अस्थिशेषा निरुत्साहास्त्यक्तधर्मव्रतक्रियाः । अभक्ष्यभक्षणपरास्तथैवापेयपायिनः
asthiśeṣā nirutsāhāstyaktadharmavratakriyāḥ | abhakṣyabhakṣaṇaparāstathaivāpeyapāyinaḥ
તેઓ અસ્થિમાત્ર રહી, ઉત્સાહહીન બની ધર્મ, વ્રત અને નિત્યક્રિયાઓ ત્યજી બેઠા. તેઓ અભક્ષ્ય ભક્ષણ કરવા લાગ્યા અને અપેય પણ પીવા લાગ્યા.
