yatsaptamaṃḍalānāṃ ca gamanaṃ ca karārpaṇam | vahniśca varuṇaḥ kṛṣṇo devatāśca savallabhāḥ

અર્થાત્ સાત મંડળોની પરિક્રમા અને કરાર્પણ (હસ્તગ્રહણ/કન્યાદાન) નો વિધાન. ત્યાં અગ્નિ, વરુણ, કૃષ્ણ તથા અન્ય પ્રિય દેવતાઓ સાક્ષી અને શક્તિરૂપે હાજર છે.
