वृत्तिरध्यापनाच्चैव तथा स्वल्पप्रतिग्रहात् । विप्रः समर्थस्तपसा यद्यपि स्यात्प्रतिग्रहे

vṛttiradhyāpanāccaiva tathā svalpapratigrahāt | vipraḥ samarthastapasā yadyapi syātpratigrahe

બ્રાહ્મણની જીવનવૃત્તિ અધ્યાપનથી અને માત્ર અલ્પ દાન સ્વીકારવાથી હોવી જોઈએ; તપોબળથી વધુ સ્વીકારવા સમર્થ હોય તોય.
