दुर्वासा उवाच । नभस्ये चासिते पक्षे तृतीयादिवसे स्थिते । प्रातरुत्थाय पश्चाच्च भक्षयेद्दंतधावनम्
durvāsā uvāca | nabhasye cāsite pakṣe tṛtīyādivase sthite | prātarutthāya paścācca bhakṣayeddaṃtadhāvanam
દુર્વાસાએ કહ્યું—નભસ્ય માસના કૃષ્ણપક્ષમાં તૃતીયા તિથિ આવે ત્યારે, પ્રાતઃ ઊઠીને પછી માત્ર દંતધાવન (દાતણ/મંજન) જ આહારરૂપે ગ્રહણ કરવું।
