Transliteration

ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | gaurī caturbhujā proktā dṛśyate parameśvarī | pañcapiṃḍā kathaṃ jātā hyetaṃ naḥ saṃśayaṃ vada

Translation

ઋષિઓએ કહ્યું—ગૌરી પરમેશ્વરી ચતુર્ભુજા કહેવાય છે અને તેવી જ દર્શાય છે. તો પછી ‘પંચપિંડા’ રૂપ કેવી રીતે ઉત્પન્ન થયું? અમારો આ સંશય દૂર કરો।
