पूर्णश्रोत्रं जले नैव व्याकुलांगं व्यवस्थितम् । निहन्मि येन शीघ्रं च नान्यच्छिद्रं प्रलक्षये

Transliteration

pūrṇaśrotraṃ jale naiva vyākulāṃgaṃ vyavasthitam | nihanmi yena śīghraṃ ca nānyacchidraṃ pralakṣaye

Translation

તે જળમાં ઊભો છે; કાન પાણીથી ભરાયેલા, અંગો વ્યાકુલ અને અસ્થિર. ‘હું કયા ઉપાયથી તેને શીઘ્ર સંહારું? બીજું કોઈ છિદ્ર (દુર્બળ સ્થાન) મને દેખાતું નથી.’
