ततोहमब्रवं कस्माददोषं मां भवानिति । शपते भवता दत्ता मम वाचा पुरा सुता

tatohamabravaṃ kasmādadoṣaṃ māṃ bhavāniti | śapate bhavatā dattā mama vācā purā sutā

ત્યારે મેં કહ્યું—“હું નિર્દોષ છું, તો પણ તમે મને કેમ શાપ આપો છો? પૂર્વે તમારી વાણીથી તમારી પુત્રી મને આપવાની પ્રતિજ્ઞા કરવામાં આવી હતી.”
