स्वरणैरास्तृता दर्भैर्द्व्यंगुलोत्सेधिता मही । गंगायां सिकता धारा वर्षतो दिवि तारकाः
svaraṇairāstṛtā darbhairdvyaṃgulotsedhitā mahī | gaṃgāyāṃ sikatā dhārā varṣato divi tārakāḥ
ભૂમિ સુવર્ણવર્ણ દર્ભથી પાથરાયેલી હતી અને બે આંગળ જેટલી ઊંચી ઉઠેલી હતી. ગંગામાં રેતીની ધારા વહેતી હતી અને આકાશમાં તારાઓ જાણે વરસતા હતા.
