बहूदकस्य तीरे च प्रेतानुद्दिश्य दीयते । यत्किंचिदक्षयं तेषामुपतिष्ठेन्न चान्यथा
bahūdakasya tīre ca pretānuddiśya dīyate | yatkiṃcidakṣayaṃ teṣāmupatiṣṭhenna cānyathā
બહૂદકના તીરે પ્રેતોને ઉદ્દેશીને જે કંઈ દાન અપાય, તે તેમના માટે અક્ષય બને છે; તે નિશ્ચયે તેમને પહોંચે છે, અન્યથા નહીં।
