भास्करार्घं विना पातः कृतं सर्वं च निष्फलम् । तस्याहं श्रोतुमिच्छामि विधिं विधिविदां वर
bhāskarārghaṃ vinā pātaḥ kṛtaṃ sarvaṃ ca niṣphalam | tasyāhaṃ śrotumicchāmi vidhiṃ vidhividāṃ vara
ભાસ્કરને અર્ઘ્ય આપ્યા વિના કરાયેલ પાઠ અને વ્રતાદિ બધું નિષ્ફળ બને છે। તેથી, હે વિધિવિદોમાં શ્રેષ્ઠ, હું તેનું વિધાન સાંભળવા ઇચ્છું છું।
