सामान्यं याचितं न्यासमाधिर्दाराश्च दर्शनम् । अन्वाहितं च निक्षेपः सर्वस्वं चान्वये सति
sāmānyaṃ yācitaṃ nyāsamādhirdārāśca darśanam | anvāhitaṃ ca nikṣepaḥ sarvasvaṃ cānvaye sati
સામાન્ય (સાંઝી) સંપત્તિ, યાચના કરીને મેળવેલું, ન્યાસ અને ગીરો, પત્ની, તેમજ વિશ્વાસે સોંપેલું કે જમા રાખેલું નિક્ષેપ—અને વારસ હોય ત્યારે સર્વસ્વ—આ બધું દાનમાં ન આપવું।
