ત્રેતા-યુગ બાર લાખ છિયાનું હજાર અને વધારાના એક હજાર વર્ષો એમ કહેવાયું છે; અને દ્વાપર-યુગ આઠ લાખ ચોસઠ હજાર વર્ષો (માનવ-પ્રમાણે) છે.
