પૂર્ણ બનેલું આયતન (મંદિર-ગૃહ) દાન કરવાથી ક્રમશઃ તેનું ફળ શતગણું વધે છે. અને ત્યાં કલશ સ્થાપિત કરવાથી તે એકવીસ કુલો સાથે (પુણ્ય-સંબંધથી) યુક્ત બને છે.
