स्मरात्मानं यदर्थं त्वमुत्पन्नोऽसि महेश्वरात् । साधूनां पालनार्थाय दुष्टसंहरणाय च । सुरविप्रकृते जन्म जीवितं च महात्मनाम्
smarātmānaṃ yadarthaṃ tvamutpanno'si maheśvarāt | sādhūnāṃ pālanārthāya duṣṭasaṃharaṇāya ca | suraviprakṛte janma jīvitaṃ ca mahātmanām
પોતાનો હેતુ સ્મર—તું મહેશ્વરથી શા માટે ઉત્પન્ન થયો છે: સાધુઓના પાલન માટે અને દુષ્ટોના સંહાર માટે. દેવો અને બ્રાહ્મણોના કલ્યાણાર્થે જ મહાત્માઓનું જન્મ અને જીવન થાય છે.
