tato varṣasahasreṣu devāstvaritamānasāḥ | jvalanaṃ nodayāmāsurjñātuṃ śaṃkaraceṣṭitam

પછી હજારો વર્ષો વીતી ગયા પછી, ઉતાવળા મનવાળા દેવોએ શંકરના રહસ્યમય ચેષ્ટિત જાણવા જ્વલન (અગ્નિ)ને આગળ ધપાવ્યો.
