आः पापं कृतमित्येव देहन्यासेऽकरोन्मतिम् । ततस्तं खेचरी वाणी प्राह मा मरणं कुरु
āḥ pāpaṃ kṛtamityeva dehanyāse'karonmatim | tatastaṃ khecarī vāṇī prāha mā maraṇaṃ kuru
“અહો, મેં પાપ કર્યું!” એમ વિચારી તેણે દેહત્યાગનો નિશ્ચય કર્યો. ત્યારે આકાશગામી દિવ્ય વાણી બોલી—“મરણ ન કર.”
