सविघ्नानि भिवष्यंति पूजयास्य विना शुभे । एवं श्रुत्वा उमा प्राह एवमस्त्विति शंकरम्
savighnāni bhivaṣyaṃti pūjayāsya vinā śubhe | evaṃ śrutvā umā prāha evamastviti śaṃkaram
હે શુભે! તેની પૂજા વિના બધું જ વિઘ્નયુક્ત થશે. આ સાંભળી ઉમાએ શંકરને કહ્યું—‘એવમસ્તુ’, એટલે ‘એવું જ થાઓ’.
