ततोऽस्त्रं गारुडं चक्रे शक्रः संप्रहरन्रॅणे । ततस्तस्माद्गरुत्मंतः सहस्राणि विनिर्ययुः
tato'straṃ gāruḍaṃ cakre śakraḥ saṃpraharanraॅṇe | tatastasmādgarutmaṃtaḥ sahasrāṇi viniryayuḥ
ત્યારે રણમાં પ્રહાર કરતાં શક્ર (ઇન્દ્ર) એ ગારુડ-અસ્ત્રનો પ્રયોગ કર્યો; અને તે અસ્ત્રમાંથી હજારો ગરુડો પ્રગટ થઈ બહાર નીકળ્યા.
