स नो रक्षतु गोविंदो भयार्तास्ते जगुः सुराः । सुराणां चिंतितं ज्ञात्वा भगवान्गरुडध्वजः
sa no rakṣatu goviṃdo bhayārtāste jaguḥ surāḥ | surāṇāṃ ciṃtitaṃ jñātvā bhagavāngaruḍadhvajaḥ
“ગોવિંદ અમારું રક્ષણ કરે”—ભયથી વ્યાકુળ દેવતાઓએ એમ આર્તપણે પોકાર્યું. દેવોના મનની ચિંતા જાણી ગરુડધ્વજ ભગવાને પ્રતિઉત્તર આપ્યો.
