इति संचिंत्य वरय वरं यस्मान्न शंकसे । ततः संचिंत्य दैत्येंद्रः शिशुतः सप्तवासरात्
iti saṃciṃtya varaya varaṃ yasmānna śaṃkase | tataḥ saṃciṃtya daityeṃdraḥ śiśutaḥ saptavāsarāt
અતએવ વિચાર કરીને જે વર વિષે શંકા ન હોય તે પસંદ કર. ત્યારબાદ દૈત્યેન્દ્રે મનન કરીને સાત દિવસના શિશુ વિષે (એક શરત) ગોઠવી.
