इत्थं दधीचिनाख्यातं जग्राह वचनं न तत् । दक्षो दक्षोपि तत्रैव शंभोर्माया विमोहितः
itthaṃ dadhīcinākhyātaṃ jagrāha vacanaṃ na tat | dakṣo dakṣopi tatraiva śaṃbhormāyā vimohitaḥ
દધીચિએ આ રીતે ઉપદેશ આપ્યો છતાં દક્ષે તે વચન સ્વીકાર્યું નહીં. સમર્થ દક્ષ પણ એ જ સ્થળે શંભુ (શિવ)ની માયાથી મોહિત થયો.
