न प्रायशस्तपस्व्येष क्व तपः क्वास्त्रधारणम् । न गृहस्थेषु गण्योसौ श्मशाननिलयो यतः
na prāyaśastapasvyeṣa kva tapaḥ kvāstradhāraṇam | na gṛhastheṣu gaṇyosau śmaśānanilayo yataḥ
આ બહુ તપસ્વી નથી—ક્યાં તપ, અને ક્યાં શસ્ત્ર-અસ્ત્ર ધારણ? ગૃહસ્થોમાં પણ એ ગણાતો નથી, કારણ કે તેનું નિવાસ શ્મશાન છે.
