चरणौ विचरेतांयौ विश्वभर्तृ पुरी भुवि । तावेव श्रवणौ श्रोतुं संविदा ते बहुश्रुतौ
caraṇau vicaretāṃyau viśvabhartṛ purī bhuvi | tāveva śravaṇau śrotuṃ saṃvidā te bahuśrutau
પૃથ્વી પર વિશ્વભર્તાની પુરીમાં વિચરવા યોગ્ય તો એ જ ચરણ છે. અને જે કાન સમજ સાથે સાંભળે છે, તે જ શ્રવણયોગ્ય—તેઓ જ ખરેખર બહુશ્રુત.
