mārdavaṃ strīprayogeṣu vatsalatvaṃ prajāsu ca | brāhmaṇebhyo bhayaṃ nityaṃ vṛddhavṛttyupajīvanam

સ્ત્રીઓ સાથેના વ્યવહારમાં માર્દવ, પ્રજા/આશ્રિતો પ્રત્યે વાત્સલ્ય; બ્રાહ્મણો પ્રત્યે સદા ભયભક્તિપૂર્ણ સંયમ, અને વૃદ્ધોની માન્ય વૃત્તિથી જીવનનિર્વાહ—આ ધર્મગુણો પ્રશંસિત છે।
