श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । तस्यैवानन्तरं तात पुङ्खिलं तीर्थमुत्तमम् । तत्र तीर्थे पुरा पुङ्खः पार्थ सिद्धिमुपागतः
śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | tasyaivānantaraṃ tāta puṅkhilaṃ tīrthamuttamam | tatra tīrthe purā puṅkhaḥ pārtha siddhimupāgataḥ
શ્રીમાર્કંડેય બોલ્યા—હે તાત! તેના તરત પછી ‘પુંખિલ’ નામનું ઉત્તમ તીર્થ છે. તે તીર્થમાં પ્રાચીનકાળે પૃથાપુત્ર પુંખે સિદ્ધિ પ્રાપ્ત કરી હતી.
