गणेश-वाक्यं तथा गणानां समर-सन्नाहः | Gaṇeśa’s Challenge and the Mustering of the Gaṇas
यात यात ब्रुवंतस्ते परिघेन हतास्तदा । स्वयं च पतिताः केचित्केचित्तेन निपातिताः
yāta yāta bruvaṃtaste parighena hatāstadā | svayaṃ ca patitāḥ kecitkecittena nipātitāḥ
તેઓ “ચાલો, ચાલો” એમ બોલતા બોલતા ત્યારે પરિઘના પ્રહારે ઘાયલ થઈ પડી ગયા. કેટલાક પોતે જ પડ્યા અને કેટલાક તે જ ઘા વડે પટકાયા.
