प्र हिन्वानो जनिता रोदस्यो रथो न वाजं सनिष्यन्नयासीत् । इन्द्रं गच्छन्नायुधा संशिशानो विश्वा वसु हस्तयोरादधानः ॥

prá hinvānáḥ janitā́ ródasyo rathó ná vā́jaṃ saniṣyánn ayāsīt | índraṃ gáchann ā́yudhā saṃśiśānáḥ víśvā vásu hástayor ā́dadhānaḥ ||

પ્રેરિત થઈ, બે લોકનો જનક, બળની પૂર્ણતા મેળવવા ઇચ્છતો રથ જેમ આગળ વધે છે. ઇન્દ્ર તરફ જતો, પોતાના આયુધોને તીક્ષ્ણ કરતો, તે સર્વ વસુઓને પોતાના બે હાથોમાં સ્થાપે છે—વિજયી દાનકર્મ માટે તૈયાર.
