Transliteration
ahám íd dhí pitúṣ pári medhā́m ṛtásya jagrábha | aháṃ sū́rya ivājani ||
Translation
હું તો નિશ્ચયે પિતાના પરિઘમાંથી ઋતની મેધા ગ્રહણ કરી છે; હું સૂર્ય સમ જન્મ્યો છું—ઉદયમાન, સ્વચ્છ અને સર્વાધિપત્યમય પ્રકાશમાં.
