Sukta 8.46
महः सु वो अरमिषे स्तवामहे मीळ्हुषे अरंगमाय जग्मये । यज्ञेभिर्गीर्भिर्विश्वमनुषां मरुतामियक्षसि गाये त्वा नमसा गिरा ॥
maháḥ su vo áram iṣé stavāmahe mīḷhúṣe araṃgamā́ya jágmaye | yajñébhir gī́rbhir viśvámanuṣāṃ marútām iyákṣasi gā́ye tvā námasā girā́ ||
મહાન માટે, તમારા કલ્યાણ અને વૃદ્ધિ માટે, અમે સ્તુતિથી તમને દૃઢપણે સ્વીકારીએ છીએ—હે મીળ્હુષ (ઉદાર દાતા), આવવા તૈયાર, આવી પહોંચેલા! યજ્ઞો અને પ્રેરિત ગીરો દ્વારા તમે માનવોની સર્વવ્યાપી સાધનાને પોષો છો; મરુતોને પણ તમે આગળ ધપાવો છો. હું નમસ્કાર અને મંત્રોચ્ચારની વાણીથી તમને ગાઉં છું.
