Transliteration

ucchántyāṃ me yajatā́ deva-kṣátre rúśad-gavi | sutáṃ sómaṃ ná hastíbhir ā́ paṭ́bhir dhā́vataṃ narā bibhrátāv arcanā́nasam ||

Translation

મારી યજ્ઞાગ્નિ ઊઠે ત્યારે, હે યજતા, દેવક્ષત્રે, રુશદ્-ગવિ (પ્રકાશમાન ગાયોવાળા), દબાયેલ સોમ તરફ શક્તિશાળી હાથો સમા, ઝડપી પદો પર દોડી અહીં આવો; હે બે નર-વીર શક્તિઓ, અર્ચનાનસ (સ્તુતિનો આનંદ) ધારણ કરનાર.
