Transliteration
ā́ te ’vo varéṇyaṁ vṛ́ṣantam asya hūmahe | vṛ́ṣajūtir hí jajñiṣá ābhū́bhir indra turváṇiḥ ||
Translation
હે ઇન્દ્ર, અમે તારી વરેण्य (વરણયોગ્ય) સહાયને પોકારીએ છીએ—તારી શક્તિનું સર્વથી પ્રબળ, વૃષંત (વર્ષક/ઉદ્રેકમય) પ્રવાહ. કેમ કે તું ખરેખર વૃષજૂતિ (ઉછળતી શક્તિઓનો પ્રેરક) છે; હે ઇન્દ્ર, તારા આભૂભિ (મહાન પ્રકટતાઓ/ભવનો) દ્વારા તું તુર્વણિ (ઝડપી વિજયી) છે.
