अवाचचक्षं पदमस्य सस्वरुग्रं निधातुरन्वायमिच्छन् । अपृच्छमन्याँ उत ते म आहुरिन्द्रं नरो बुबुधाना अशेम ॥
Transliteration
ávā́cacakṣaṁ pádām asya sásvar ugráṁ ni-dhātúr ánvā́yam icchán | ápṛccham anyā́ṁ uta te ma āhur índraṁ náro bubudhānā́ aśema ||
Translation
મેં નીચે નજર કરી તેની પદચિહ્ન-પંથને જોયો—તે ઉગ્ર સ્થાપકના આગમન-પ્રવાહને શોધતો. મેં અન્યને પૂછ્યું; અને તેમણે મને કહ્યું: ‘ઇન્દ્રને અમે પ્રાપ્ત કરીએ’—જાગૃત નરોએ એમ ઘોષ્યું.
