वीतिहोत्रं त्वा कवे द्युमन्तं समिधीमहि । अग्ने बृहन्तमध्वरे ॥
Transliteration
vītí-hotram tvā kave dyu-mántaṃ sám idhīmahi | ágne bṛhántam adhvaré ||
Translation
હે કવિ અગ્નિ, વિતಿಹોત્ર—વિતિ (સહભાગિતા) તરફ દોરી જનાર હોત્રવાળો, દ્યુમંત—પ્રભામય શક્તિવાળો—એ તને અમે સમિધીએ છીએ, સંપૂર્ણ રીતે પ્રજ્વલિત કરીએ છીએ. હે અગ્નિ, અધ્વરમાં (યજ્ઞમાં) તું બૃહંત—વિશાળ થા.
