Sukta 3.29
यदी मन्थन्ति बाहुभिर्वि रोचतेऽश्वो न वाज्यरुषो वनेष्वा । चित्रो न यामन्नश्विनोरनिवृतः परि वृणक्त्यश्मनस्तृणा दहन् ॥
yádī mánthanti bāhúbhir ví rocate ’śvó na vāj́y aruṣó váneṣv ā́ | citró na yā́mann aśvínor anivṛ́taḥ pári vṛṇakty áśmanaḥ tṛ́ṇā dáhan ||
જ્યારે તેઓ પોતાના બાહુઓથી મથન કરે છે, ત્યારે તે પ્રકાશિત થાય છે—વનમાં બળવાન વેગી લાલ અશ્વ સમો; અશ્વિનોના ચિત્ર યાત્રા સમો, અવરોધરહિત, તે સર્વત્ર પરિભ્રમે છે, પથ્થર જેવી કઠિનતા અને સુકાં તૃણને દહન કરતો.
