Sukta 10.47
यत्त्वा यामि दद्धि तन्न इन्द्र बृहन्तं क्षयमसमं जनानाम् । अभि तद्द्यावापृथिवी गृणीतामस्मभ्यं चित्रं वृषणं रयिं दाः ॥
yát tvā yā́mi daddhí tán na indra bṛhántam kṣáyam ásamam janā́nām | abhí tád dyā́vāpṛthivī́ gṛṇītām asmábhyaṃ citráṃ vṛ́ṣaṇaṃ rayíṃ dāḥ ||
હે ઇન્દ્ર, હું તારી પાસે જે યાચું છું—તે અમને આપ: મનુષ્યોમાં અસમાન એવો વિશાળ ક્ષય (નિવાસ/આધાર) અને દૃઢ પ્રતિષ્ઠા. તે વાતને દ્યાવા-પૃથિવી (આકાશ અને ધરતી) પણ ગાયન કરીને માન્ય કરે; અને અમને ચિત્ર, વૃષણ રયિ—પ્રભાસ્વર, બળવાન, બહુરૂપ આંતરિક સમૃદ્ધિ—આપ.
