Sukta 1.91
त्वं सोम प्र चिकितो मनीषा त्वं रजिष्ठमनु नेषि पन्थाम् । तव प्रणीती पितरो न इन्दो देवेषु रत्नमभजन्त धीराः ॥
tváṃ sóma prá cikito manīṣā́ tváṃ rájiṣṭham ánu neṣi pánthām | táva práṇītī pitáro na indo devéṣu rátnam abhajanta dhī́rāḥ ||
હે સોમ, તું પ્રકાશિત મનિષાથી જાગૃત અને જાણકાર છે; તું અમને સર્વોત્તમ રાજમાર્ગે દોરી જાય છે. હે ઇન્દુ, તારી પ્રેરણા અને માર્ગદર્શનથી અમારા પિતૃઓ—ધૈર્યવાન ઋષિઓ—દેવોમાં દિવ્ય આનંદનું રત્ન (ખજાનો) પ્રાપ્ત કરી ગયા.
