भ्रष्टस्तस्य महाकायः पपात रणमूर्धनि।परिघश्छिन्नहस्तस्य शक्रध्वज इवाग्रतः।।।।

bhraṣṭas tasya mahākāyaḥ papāta raṇamūrdhani |

parighaś chinnahastasya śakradhvaja ivāgrataḥ ||

હાથ કપાઈ ગયેલા દૂષણનો મહાકાય પરિઘ રણમુખે તેના આગળ ધડાકાભેર પડ્યો—જેમ ઇન્દ્રનો ધ્વજ આગળ ઢળી પડ્યો હોય તેમ.
