It is good fortune that Rama has come here after a long time to see me. I was longing for his arrival.
Dharma of hospitality and righteous affection: a sage rejoices in the arrival of a virtuous guest and speaks truthfully of his heartfelt regard.
Within Agastya’s hermitage episode, the sage expresses joy and long-standing anticipation at Rama’s arrival.
Warmth and sincerity (satya of feeling and speech): the sage openly acknowledges his genuine longing and goodwill.
